We accept order cancellations within two days after submitting an order. In such cases, a full refund will be provided. If you request a cancellation after two days of the order submission, or when the production has begun but before completion, a 75% restocking fee will apply. Once the product is fully completed or has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any damage or defects must be reported within 2 business days by contacting us via email. Claims submitted beyond this timeframe will not be accepted. For damage claims, you must provide clear photos of both the damaged product and its packaging.
