Stretch a measuring tape from one end of the curve to the other in a straight line. This is the chord length.
Find the midpoint of the chord and measure from that point to the deepest part of the curve (the highest or lowest point). This is the rise.
Use a flexible measuring tape or string to follow the actual curved edge of the fence from end to end.

If there are existing post locations, measure the spacing between them along the curve.
